Title Alliance Ltd. Announces Opening their 40th Entity, Preferred Closing Services, a Partnership with RE/MAX Preferred in Pennsylvania
Media, PA (PRWEB) March 18, 2015 -- Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant ESOP company that specializes in joint ventured title insurance agencies for the residential real estate industry announced today their 40th title joint ventured agency. The partnership with RE/MAX Preferred and Title Alliance will be known as Preferred Closing Services, LLC and will have locations in both Newtown Square and West Chester Pennsylvania.
Title Alliance has a long standing relationship with RE/MAX operations. In 2014, their RE/MAX affiliated joint ventured agencies handled 1889 applications and 1502 closings with a total gross revenue of $3.12 million. Preferred Closing Services, their 10th joint ventured agency with RE/MAX franchises, looks to add to those numbers. It is anticipated to open in the spring of 2015 with two branch locations.
RE/MAX Preferred has a total of 68 agents and was conceived in 1995. As a leader in the real estate industry, their two locations have handled 8811 transactions since conception with over 2 billion in real estate transactions. In 2014 Re/MAX Preferred handled 606 transactions and expects to continue their growing trend with their joint venture with Title Alliance.
