Former FBI Executive Assistant Director Louis E. Grever Joins Wynyard Group Board
Arlington, VA (PRWEB) March 19, 2015 -- Wynyard Group, a market leader in crime-fighting software and services, today announced that former FBI Executive Assistant Director Science and Technology Branch, Louis Grever, will join its Board of Directors. An existing member of Wynyard’s high-caliber Advisory Council, U.S-based Grever’s appointment as an independent Company Director will be effective April 2015.
During his 24-year career with the FBI, Grever’s experience included leading, planning, coordinating and directing FBI field technical operations, including delivering technical capabilities to solve and prevent serious crime, cyber crime and counter terrorism investigations. As Deputy Assistant Director, Grever was in charge of the Special Technologies and Applications to develop and deploy innovative analytical tools and capabilities for the FBI.

About Louis E Grever
During his distinguished 24-year career with the FBI, Grever was promoted to a series of positions of increasing responsibility at the FBI and upon the formation of the new FBI Science and Technology Branch (STB) in 2006, served as the first Special Assistant to the STB Executive Assistant Director. In 2007, he was promoted to Deputy Assistant Director in charge of the Special Technologies and Applications to develop and deploy innovative analytical tools and capabilities for the FBI. In 2008, he was appointed by FBI Director Robert Mueller as the STB Executive Assistant Director. Grever is a recipient of a Presidential Meritorious Executive Rank Award and the U.S. Intelligence Community’s Distinguished Service Medal.
Grever is Senior Vice President for Qbase, a technology provider supporting the national security, law enforcement, homeland security and public safety sectors.
Grever is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Global Alliance a Rapid DNA Testing technology company and a Board member of IntegenX, Inc. a scientific instrument manufacturer that has developed a human DNA profiling instrument (RapidHIT).
