Advanced Discovery's commitment to customer service, technical expertise, and product knowledge creates an outstanding Relativity experience for their customers.
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) March 19, 2015
Advanced Discovery, with offices across the US, has once again been recognized for its exceptional client support, technical infrastructure, and product expertise. The company employs 21 professionals holding a Relativity certification, including 20 Relativity Certified Administrators, 7 Relativity Certified Sales Professionals and 1 Relativity Analytics Specialist to serve clients in all aspects of their discovery projects. Advanced Discovery has created several proprietary software programs to enhance the Relativity platform. These expedite processes, provide instant access to valuable metrics and dramatically reduce e-discovery costs. They include XpressLook, Advanced Visibility, Search Magnifier and DiscoveryCore. XpressLook, Advanced Visibility and Search Magnifier placed in the top 10 for the first annual Innovation Awards at Relativity Fest.
“In the past year, we have brought on a capital partner, Trivest, which has made it possible for us to expand our geographic reach and to attract additional high-level e-discovery professionals. We strive to be a great company, and we ask our people to do their very best every day. This Orange-level Best in Service designation acknowledges the success of our efforts,” said David Vandygriff, CEO of Advanced Discovery.
Advanced Discovery underwent a voluntary audit to demonstrate its expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluated the Lenexa, Kansas data center in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service and product expertise. Additionally, Advanced Discovery met a set of requirements for duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations and core Relativity certifications. There are two designations for Best in Service: Orange and Blue. While both partners are recognized for the same basic qualifications, Orange-level partners are recognized for making additional investments in people, process and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts.
“We’re excited to recognize Advanced Discovery as an Orange-level Best in Service Partner,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “Their commitment to customer service, technical expertise, and product knowledge creates an outstanding Relativity experience for their customers.”
