The Mountain Pacific Diet is an eight-week, 1,200-1,500 calorie-a-day healthy eating meal plan modeled after the cuisine of the Mountain Pacific states. “Year after year, the Mountain Pacific states consistently have the lowest obesity rates in the country,” Chad explains. “Though there are many factors involved, diet is a primary factor in the region’s low obesity rates. Thus, The Mountain Pacific Diet was born. A former pack-a-day smoker and self-described “junk food addict,” Chad changed his life thirteen years ago. “I lost weight and improved my health.
