Matt’s career in financial services began in 2004, specializing in Long Term Care Insurance over the past 5 years. He has been with CPS Insurance Services, Newport Beach, where he is the head of the Long Term Care Insurance department overseeing department sales, marketing, affiliate recruitment, agent training, and partner relationships.

Matt’s ability to disseminate knowledge to others is one of the qualities which make him a perfect fit for the Broadtower team. He excels at turning complex ideas and concepts into digestible vignettes easily remembered and retold by those he works with.

Matt hopes to help grow Broadtower’s market share within the LTCi space, while continuing to educate and work with members on how they can increase profitability by incorporating LTCi into their practice.
