PartnerTech Receives Manufacturer of the Year Award

PartnerTech accepted the award on March 19th at the annual Movers & Makers award ceremony recognizing exceptional companies involved in manufacturing, processing, or distribution of tangible products. Judges reviewed nominees based on proven success in overcoming challenges, implementing innovative ideas, economic development, civic involvement, environmental responsibility and employee enrichment program.
Partnership Gwinnett, a public-private initiative dedicated to economic growth in Gwinnett County, Georgia, presents the Movers & Makers Award to outstanding manufacturers in three categories–small, medium and large companies–that lead their industry and demonstrate on-going commitment to quality. PartnerTech was awarded the Medium Manufacturer of the Year award.
PartnerTech demonstrated success in overcoming challenges through their depth of engineering expertise and innovative approach to continuous improvements resulting in efficient and scalable manufacturing solutions for their clients.
Significant achievements were accomplished in many ways including the implementation of a proactive warehouse efficiency system, and with the achievement of two major certifications for the facility, ISO 13485 and C-TPAT, during 2014. These additions expand opportunities for new partnerships within med-tech as well as existing partnerships utilizing their expertise in manufacturing engineering and assembly resources.
Growth in the way of new and expanding partnerships resulted in the addition of 30 new, full-time employees.
