Philadelphia Insurance Companies Makes Three Marketing Promotions
Bala Cynwyd, PA (PRWEB) March 24, 2015 -- Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), a leading commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance company for niche markets, announces the promotion of one Vice President and two Regional Vice Presidents in Marketing. Matthew Carroll assumes the position of Regional Vice President of Marketing in PHLY’s West region, Matthew Davis, Regional Vice President of Marketing in the Southeast region, and Lance Goff is the new Vice President of Marketing in the Southwest region.
Matthew Carroll joined PHLY in 2008 and has had a significant impact in a number of areas of PHLY’s marketing initiatives. As a Vice President of Marketing for the West Region, he has helped the company’s business in the region grow and developed a recruiting strategy that has produced numerous hires. He also helped launch PHLY’s Fuel Dealer and Motorcycle Dealer products. A native of Tucson, Arizona, Mr. Carroll graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing and most recently participated in the Tokio Marine Group’s Middle Global Leadership Program in Tokyo, Japan.
Matthew Davis joined PHLY in October of 2010 as a Regional Sales Manager and has been instrumental in turning North and South Carolina into two of the top New Business producing states in the Southeast region. He’s been the top new business producing marketing rep in the Southeast for the past three years and leads a successful Marketing team in the region. A native of Charlotte, NC, Mr. Davis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree in Finance. He participated in the Tokio Marine North America’s Leadership Program in 2014 and is currently pursuing his CIC designation.
Lance Goff joined PHLY in 2001 as a Marketing Representative. His contributions led to several promotions before he was named Assistant Vice President of Marketing in the Southwest region in 2008. Mr. Goff has been named one of PHLY’s top salesmen in five different years. He is a committee member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and Dallas, as well as a Master mason. His undergraduate and MBA degrees in Business are from the University of Phoenix, and he also has his CIC designation.
