According to a new special report by Boston Retail Partners (BRP), in the next 3 years, 250 percent more retailers are transitioning to a single order management solution (OMS) to support a unified commerce experience across all channels. Retailers are shifting their focus from channel integration to a holistic customer experience. This “unified commerce” initiative is the evolution of both multi-channel and omni-channel retailing to provide a seamless shopping experience whether in the store, on the Web or anywhere customers choose to shop on their mobile devices.
