The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits today announced the winners of the 2014 Renewable Energy Power Awards, which recognize exceptional achievement in the development of renewable energy projects. Winners will be honored April 23 during a luncheon ceremony at the Novogradac Financing Renewable Energy Conference at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas.

The Renewable Energy Power Awards are presented to development teams with effective and innovative renewable energy tax credit projects in terms of job creation, community impact and reducing energy footprint. Developments eligible for consideration in this round were placed in service in 2013 and 2014 and used the federal renewable energy investment tax credit (ITC), the federal renewable energy production tax credit (PTC) and/or Section 1603 cash grant funds. Awardees were recognized in three categories:
