With an extensive amount of locations spread across the Southern United States, Conn’s needed construction project management software capable of effectively coordinating its construction projects. After implementing Projectmates, Conn’s HomePlus has seen a significant improvement in its workflow.

Projectmates allows Conn’s to streamline project financials by consolidating all budget, commitments, and expenditures into a single source of truth. Everything from contracts, change orders, to invoices and pay applications can be electronically approved by multiple users in and out of the office in a matter of hours, not days or weeks. What’s better, because the construction program management software is collaborative, GCs, consultants, and vendors can enter pay requests directly in the software, cutting down work for Conn’s. Combined with an extensive array of reporting tools, senior management has access to real-time program financials like never before.

According to Dawn Young, Conn’s Real Estate/Construction Coordinator, a key factor in choosing Projectmates was improved and controlled project visibility. Projectmates delivers this in spades, allowing Conn’s to distribute workload across its many team members while also controlling access and visibility to general contractors, architects, vendors, and other project collaborators. For example, drawings, RFIs, and submittals can be exchanged effortlessly between the GC, CM and design consultants—all of which are supervised by Conn’s.
