Yardley Products Publishes Series of How-to Installation Method Videos to Share at NPE 2015

In addition to having the videos available on the Installation Methods section of the Yardley Products website, representatives from Yardley Products will be sharing the videos and providing more information on different installation methods during NPE 2015: The International Plastics Showcase. NPE is the world’s most important plastics trade show and conference of the year—bringing together every sector of the plastics industry, including end markets. The videos focus on three specific installations - self-tapping inserts, ultrasonic and thermal inserts and pneumatic inserts.
• Yardley’s self-tapping inserts are used to install flush or below surface inserts. The video explains how to effectively put the insert in place and remove the tool properly, while ensuring a tight fit.
• Ultrasonic and thermal insertion is typical for rapid prototyping, 3D printing and plastics applications. The video clearly shows how to install this insertion and breaks down the guidelines in order to perform the process accurately. The how-to helps users understand the control box, its purpose and its settings.
• The pneumatic inserts video helps users to master the pneumatic inserter, used to install self-tapping inserts at a rate of more than 800 an hour. This install allows users to complete flush to below surface installation. The how-to demonstration helps first-time users master this installation technique.
