Dr. Joe Goldstrich Teams Up with Aunt Zelda’s Non-Profit Medicinal Cannabis Extract Organization as CSW Medical Director
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) March 24, 2015 -- Aunt Zelda’s is a non-profit patient association. They are committed to helping patients by producing high-quality, lab-tested extracts, labeled with amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD), and other cannabinoids. As importantly, they carefully instruct their patients how to most effectively use those extracts and are always looking to enhance patient service. The addition of Dr. Joe Goldstrich services is an affirmation of the care and dedication they have to improving patients’ lives.
Dr. Joe D. Goldstrich received his degree as a medical doctor from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1964 and then attained fellowships in metabolism, diabetes, and cardiology. Goldstrich has worked with the American Heart Association and the Pritikin Longevity Center, and helped found the Free Clinic in Dallas.
Dr. Goldstrich’s strong belief in the power of natural medicine makes him the perfect match for Aunt Zelda’s. He has a special interest in healing and long-term health through nutrition and concentrated nutritional supplements. Cannabis extracts require proper nutrition to work best, and Dr. Goldstrich’s services at Aunt Zelda's will focus on helping patients optimize their nutritional and dosage practices to experience the greatest healing possible.
"This is the next phase of rollout for Aunt Zelda's vision of how cannabis should be treated as medicine," said Mara Gordon, founder of Aunt Zelda's, "In order for cannabis to be treated as legitimate medicine it is irresponsible to leave the medical doctor out of the equation," Gordon continued.
Gordon describes Dr. Goldstrich as a truly brilliant, caring, and unique physician. While still in medical school, Goldstrich even had the rare privilege to work with the team that attended John F. Kennedy after he was shot.
"I have a burning desire to help as many people as possible find health through natural remedies," says Dr. Goldstrich
