DFT employees repeatedly describe the company as having the right mix of professionalism, fun and intellect.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) names Decision First Technologies™ (DFT) a 2015 Atlanta Top Workplace. Not only is DFT a Top Workplace winner, but they ranked in the top 30 small businesses in the metro Atlanta area.

The award, which recognized a total of 150 companies, is based strictly on employee feedback and identifies not only better places to work but places that are more likely to be successful than peer organizations, according to the AJC.

Based on independent employee survey results conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLP, DFT employees rated the company across all areas including pay, benefits, training and work environment. The detailed survey provided an accurate gauge of employee satisfaction regarding daily work life and long-term career goals.

“We are tremendously proud of this award because it comes from our employees who are our most important asset,” remarks Scott Golden, Co-founder and Vice President of Services for Decision First Technologies. “We’re committed to doing more than just working together, we do life together both in and out of the office.”

DFT’s administration is dedicated to creating a workplace that not only challenges employees, but opens up the possibilities for personal and professional growth. Describing the environment as ‘engaging and collaborative,’ the people as ‘warm and welcoming’ and the job as a true ‘partnership,’ DFT employees repeatedly describe the company as having the right mix of professionalism, fun and intellect.

“By putting employees first and creating an atmosphere where they can grow, innovate and problem solve they become connected. Not only do they collaborate on client experiences, but also through our philanthropic events, personal celebrations and common life goals,” remarks Taylor Courtnay, Co-founder and Vice President of Sales for DFT. “It’s about more than making the company successful, it’s about individual success as well.”

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the complete list of Top Workplaces on March 22, 2015. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit http://www.topworkplaces.com and http://www.workplacedynamics.com.
