Force Marketing, one of the nation’s leading automotive marketing firms, is proud to announce that it acted as the sole sponsor of the Johns Creek High School Technology Student Association’s trip to the Georgia Technology Student Association Spring Leadership Conference.

The three-day conference is held in Athens, Georgia, each year to bring together students with interest and aptitude for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and features a number of competitions and events. Last year was the first year that the Johns Creek High School TSA group attended the conference.

“We are really excited to go to the competition this year, and we are especially thankful for the support Force Marketing has given us,” said Alex Resnick, Treasurer of the JHCS TSA. “Because of them, we were able to double the number of our members who are able to go, and we were able to get access to new equipment like 3D printers and high-quality crafting materials to build our models.”

This year, the JHCS TSA group participated in a wide range of events, including Architectural Renovation, Computer Aided Design 3D, Engineering Design, and VIdeo Game Design, to name a few.

“Technology is so important in today’s business world, and we feel that it’s crucial to encourage today’s students to challenge themselves in that arena,” said John Fitzpatrick, CEO and President of Force Marketing. “Students who excel in STEM fields often go on to excel in their careers, and we’re proud to help give these Johns Creek High School students the opportunity to do that.”

The students in the JCHS TSA study and practice a diverse array of STEM fields. The team attending the conference was nearly half female, and the organization is proud of its solid track record when it comes to helping advance women in STEM.

The Georgia Technology Student Association Spring Leadership Conference took place March 19-21 at the Classic Center in Athens, Georgia. To learn more, visit http://www.TASWeb.org.
