Management Concepts announced its sponsorship of the “Ask the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO)” series with Federal News Radio (1500 AM), running April-September, every Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. ET.

The series, which will run April-September, airs every Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. ET.; interviews will be available at http://www.ManagementConcepts.com/CHCO.

“Ask the CHCO” has proven to be an excellent platform for these leaders to share their agency’s agendas. This weekly interview features different CHCOs discussing such topics as improved quality of human capital management, building workforce capacity and capability, and successfully achieving organizational change.

The inaugural guest will be John Gill, Deputy Assistant Secretary and Chief Human Capital Officer with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. John leads the human resources function for HHS’ 90,000 employees, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration, and National Institutes of Health. John became CHCO and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Human Resources on December 9, 2013. In this role, he is responsible for the development, delivery, and governance of agencywide human resources strategy, policies, and programs.
