eOriginal, Inc., the digital transaction experts, announced today that they have developed a technological partnership with Informa Software to support the integration of eAsset® Management Services with Informa Software’s eDocs application for use within business processes across industries. The collaboration of these two intelligent technologies will help businesses deliver, process, and securely manage high volumes of valuable, electronically-signed assets.
eOriginal’s eAsset Management platform enables businesses to go beyond simple electronic signature functionality to manage the entire lifecycle of critical transactions in a fully digital environment. Paired with Informa Software’s eDocs application, the joint solution will empower industry leaders and lenders to realize the full benefits of end-to-end digital transaction management (DTM).

eOriginal and Informa Software kicked off their partnership earlier this year with a multi-partner project with DocuSign, Inc. to deliver an end-to-end digital transaction management solution for Westgate Resorts, one of the largest privately owned timeshare companies in the world and one of the largest resort developers in the United States.
Unique to Informa Software are interface capabilities with existing applications and external processes through a highly flexible and configurable modular approach. The Westgate Resorts Timeshare System was developed with this approach through the use of Oracle and an API user interface to allow for seamless origination, electronic execution, and secure vaulting of every document needed in the vacation ownership process.
Recently, Informa Software was recognized for its robust Westgate Resorts solution, receiving an award for Innovator of the Year during the DevCon portion of DocuSign’s MOMENTUM 2015 conference in San Francisco. The award was presented during DocuSign’s inaugural Paperless Partner Awards, a series of awards designed to highlight some of the best and most creative DocuSign global partners. Informa Software received its award for both its seamless integration with DocuSign’s API as well as its incorporation of eOriginal’s eAsset Management platform during its Westgate Resorts Timeshare System project.
