NuView IRA has signed on as a sponsor of the 4.01k Race for Financial Fitness among other financial organizations such as CNL Financial Services, BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, and the host of the event Chepenik Financial. The race will begin at 4:01 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at Baldwin Park in Orlando, Fla.
The inaugural 4.01k Race for Financial Fitness aims to promote both physical health and financial wellness in the community, with proceeds to benefit Junior Achievement of Central Florida. With 50 sponsors, the event should exceed its goal of raising $10,000 for Junior Achievement.
According to Junior Achievement, 92% of program alumni indicate they have the confidence that they can compete successfully in a business environment – twice the rate of students who did not participate in the Junior Achievement program.
NuView IRA, a long supporter of Junior Achievement, is both sponsoring and participating in the 4.01k race. NuView IRA, a passive self-directed IRA administrator providing custody of alternative assets such as real estate and hard money loans, has served the Central Florida community through various service efforts since its inception in 2003.
Service to Others is one of the four core values of NuView IRA, which includes serving clients and the community. To this end, NuView IRA employees both give their time individually and as part of larger company service projects including the annual Hero Games event to raise funds for the Wheelchair Foundation.
In addition to helping Junior Achievement, NuView IRA seeks to educate the racers on the power of self-directed IRAs and 401k plans to help each racer achieve his or her dream of retirement.
