Mike Sonnenberg and Timothy McDougald have been added to support roles in the DataServ Digital Mailroom, which combines optical character recognition (OCR) software with a five-step quality assurance review to routinely provide clients with over 99 percent clean invoice data. Sonnenberg spent 20 years as an IT Systems Manager for the Asphalt Institute in Lexington, KY before moving to St. Louis last year, and McDougald has more than 10 years of document imaging and customer service experience.
