The Graham Georgetown, Georgetown’s premier boutique hotel, is offering a special Cherry Blossom Festival package, allowing guests to celebrate the Festival in luxury. The National Cherry Blossom Festival, DC’s annual celebration of the beautiful blooms that blossom around the tidal basin, thanks to a 1912 gift from the Mayor of Tokyo, envelops DC until April 12, 2015.

The Graham’s Cherry Blossom Festival package features two tickets on the official cherry blossom riverboat cruise that launches just steps away from the hotel. Guests can see the cherry blossoms as well as the prized monuments of the capital city from the relaxing comfort of a riverboat cruise that embarks at Washington Harbor, just a stone’s throw from the hotel, and finish the day with a stroll along the historic C&O canal.

With rates starting at $289, this package includes:

  •     Luxury Guestroom or Suite
  •     Two Adult Tickets on the official cherry blossom riverboat cruise which launches just steps from the hotel (additional tickets can be bought for $26/person before completing your reservation)
  •     Complimentary Valet Parking

The Graham Georgetown’s brand new cocktail cellar, The Alex, is serving a special cherry blossom-themed dessert and cocktail to celebrate this vibrant time in the district. The Cherry Graham ($7) is a cocktail made with Captain Morgan White Rum, Maraschino Liquor, Lemon Juice, Hibiscus Syrup, Brandied Cherries and garnished with a cherry. For dessert, The Alex is offering Fiery Cherries ($8) made with cherries soaked in brandy and set ablaze at diners' tables, poured on top of white chocolate mousse and served with dried cherry and pistachio tuile.

The National Cherry Blossom Festival offers a variety of diverse and creative celebrations, daily events and activities, such as the concerts, art festivals and Tidal Basin Paddle Boats, many of them free and open to the public. Located just off M Street, The Graham Georgetown is just a block away from the many shops and dining options of historic Georgetown, and mere minutes away from the bustle of Festival activities.
