Danville, CA (PRWEB) March 26, 2015
Mark Unterbach today announced the April 2 opening of Vitality Bowls Pleasant Hill, located at 100 Crescent Drive, Suite 7C. With a focus on primarily local, organic ingredients, Vitality Bowls offers low fat/low calorie bowls and smoothies made from the Amazon’s nutritious açaí berry as well as a selection of fresh juices, soups, salads and panini. All bowls and smoothies are blended and topped with a variety of superfood ingredients, such as fresh fruit, spirulina, bee pollen, chia seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs and more.
Açaí berries offer a range of benefits – from promoting weight loss, maintaining a healthy blood pressure and strengthening the immune system to improving quality of sleep and helping slow down the aging system – making açaí bowls and smoothies the perfect meal to propel a healthy lifestyle.
“We are thrilled to introduce Vitality Bowls to a health-minded community such as Pleasant Hill," said Mark Unterbach. “This is our second opening this month, having opened at One Rincon Center in San Francisco on March 12. With seasonally driven selections and a casual, healthy, delicious menu, Vitality Bowls is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, a nutritious snack, or even a vitamin-packed dessert.”
Mark is not new to small business. After coming to California in 1991, he opened 9 bagel stores under the Big Apple Bagel banner. “We saw an opportunity to join Tara and Roy Gilad in their quest to bring healthy eating options to everyone. In 2014, we joined Vitality Bowls as the Area Developer for San Francisco. We plan on opening 5-6 stores in 2015. This is one of the healthiest and best tasting meal options available today.”
Using only the freshest ingredients, all smoothies and bowls are made without fillers such as ice, frozen yogurt, added sugar, or artificial preservatives. Vitality Bowls offers breakfast, lunch or snack options designed to fit each customer’s needs at an affordable price.
