Due to the overwhelming interest in this case, the Supreme Court Press is announcing a special promotion to assist amicus curiae print and file exquisite documents with the Supreme Court.
Boston, MA (PRWEB) March 26, 2015
The Supreme Court of the United States is re-entering the fray over the legality of gay rights. The first time, in June 2013, the high court invalidated a key provision of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), thereby permitting the federal government to recognize same-sex marriage in states where they were legal. The new cases take on an even broader issue: Is there a Constitutional right to gay marriage? The Supreme Court has joined four cases from the Sixth Circuit – No. 14-556 Obergfell v. Hodges, No. 14-562 Tanco v. Haslam, No. 14-571 DeBoer v. Snyder, and No. 14-572 Bourke v. Beshear – in which the Sixth Circuit upheld the state bans on gay marriage in the states of Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
Due to the overwhelming nationwide interest and the strong interest of amicus curiae to file briefs on this case, the Supreme Court Press is announcing a special promotion to assist amicus curiae in their efforts to successfully print and file their briefs with the Court. The Supreme Court Press is an amicus brief legal printer, and will expertly typeset, print, bind, and serve the Court and the various parties with exquisite amicus briefs. As part of the promotion, the Supreme Court Press is providing a 10% discount and providing 3 service parties at no additional cost. Most importantly, The Supreme Court Press is providing a complementary Editor Review, which is a full error check and text proof. These amicus briefs will be read by the nine justices of the Supreme Court and will live on in the history books forever, and read by legal scholars decades from now. It is important that these amicus briefs be as clean and error-free as possible. The Supreme Court Press Editor Review allows clients to put their best foot forward.
