With real estate prices continuing their rebound, many long time real estate investors are considering 1031 Exchanges to help them defer taxes. Exeter 1031 Exchange Services will explain the process in two upcoming seminars in Los Angeles on April 7 and April 9, 2015.

The seminars are designed to provide qualified real estate investors strategies to help defer taxes when selling appreciated investment real estate property.
