National Law Journal Names CDS Leading Provider in Three eDiscovery Categories
NEW YORK – The National Law Journal announced today that Complete Discovery Source (CDS) was voted “Best End-to-End eDiscovery Provider” for the third year in a row in the 2015 Best of NLJ Survey. CDS also won in two additional categories. The results are distributed in this week’s issue of the national publication.
The national poll of more than 7,700 survey participants named CDS “Best” in three legal technology categories: Best End-to-End eDiscovery Provider, Best Managed eDiscovery and Litigation Support, and Best Data and Technology Management for eDiscovery. More than 45 eDiscovery companies competed.
Garrett Bendel, Chief Operating Officer at CDS, commented, “Over the last decade, we’ve invested heavily in the technology, expertise, and capacity to raise the standard for litigation support. Being selected as ‘Best’ in the NLJ survey is a testimony to the trust we have earned from our clients, and we look forward to strengthening these relationships as our services continue to evolve.”
CDS maintains its leadership position by focusing on the core requirements of data discovery—creating a reliable, highly secure environment for sensitive data and providing the expertise and workflows that use technology defensibly—while providing clients with significant time and cost savings.
