Whitman and Ackerman will report to Charles DallAcqua, Chief Executive Officer. Hart will report to Rob O’Sullivan, President.
Whitman will help families find senior care communities sooner so they can learn about services offered and how those services can lead to having a better quality of life. As Executive Sales Director, she will consult with senior care providers to help them realize their marketing objectives. Whitman’s experience in the industry includes community and regional sales and operations leadership roles, including a leadership role with the senior care division of the largest online care destination in the world.
Ackerman will help transform how companies market their senior living communities. He comes to his new role as Business Development Executive with over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry and will be responsible for developing new marketing solutions for the vertical. In his past roles, Ackerman’s leadership responsibilities included day-to-day operations, all aspects of sales and marketing, regulation compliance, resident care, budgets, staff management and customer satisfaction in independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities throughout the southeastern United States.
Hart inspires action from his sales colleagues as well as clients and hopes to create compelling digital lead generation programs designed to cost effectively drive occupancy. His extensive expertise in building key relationships within the assisted living vertical and while operating senior living facilities for over 9,000 residents has provided him the depth to fuel revenue growth for LeadingResponse.
