University Business magazine and Higher One, Inc. are honoring 10 colleges and universities in the Spring 2015 round of the “Models of Excellence” program, which recognizes innovative approaches to encouraging and nurturing student success on campus.

University Business magazine and Higher One, Inc. are honoring 10 colleges and universities in the Spring 2015 round of the “Models of Excellence” program. Sponsored by Higher One, a leading provider of financial services and data analytics to more than 1,900 college and university campuses across the U.S., the recently launched Models of Excellence program recognizes innovative approaches to encouraging and nurturing student success on campus.

“Higher education institutions are fast realizing that student success is the true measure of a school’s value,” said JD Solomon, editorial director of University Business. “These 10 honorees demonstrate innovative methods in bolstering student success. We’re pleased to honor their achievements.”

The Spring 2015 honorees are: Central Piedmont Community College (Charlotte, N.C.); LDS Business College (Salt Lake City, Utah); Mitchell Technical Institute (Mitchell, S.D.); Indiana University (Bloomington, Ind.); Paul Smith’s College (Paul Smiths, N.Y.); University of South Carolina (Columbia, S.C.); Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (Edwardsville, Ill.); William Rainey Harper College (Palatine, Ill.); Eastern Kentucky University (Richmond, Ky.) and University of Baltimore (Baltimore, Md.).
