Urban Kitchen is preparing for the spring season with several new drinks and featured entrees. With the weather warming up, the restaurant’s outdoor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a drink with friends. Urban Kitchen invites customers to come by and join them for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch.
Urban Kitchen is offering three new drinks that are all both refreshing and delicious. The Texas Cooler is made with cherry- and vanilla-infused bourbon with bitters and club soda. The Silver Monk combines silver tequila with cucumber and mint and yellow chartreuse. The Black Julep includes bourbon, mint, lime, soda and honey. Urban Kitchen offers happy hour from 3-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Stop by to taste one of the new drinks.
The new featured entrees at Urban Kitchen are two light salads with significant taste. The Salmon Arugula Salad is made with pan-seared salmon over a bed of arugula with pecan vinaigrette, parmesan cheese, tomatoes and red onion. The Grilled Thai Mahi Salad includes grilled Mahi over a bed of kale with green red cabbage, tomatoes, feta cheese and a Thai dressing.
Urban Kitchen is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
