Orchestra Software to launch craft spirit industry’s first all-in-one distillery management software solution called OrchestratedSPIRITS at 2015 ADI Spirits Conference

Providing a true ERP solution developed specifically for craft distilling will enable craft distilleries with an enterprise solution that is affordable for the smallest companies and robust enough for the largest companies.

Oregon-based Orchestra Software, a company specializing in industry-specific enterprise software, will launch its latest business management software solution called Orchestrated™SPIRITS at the 2015 ADI Spirits Conference & Vendor Expo in Louisville, Ky.

Orchestrated™SPIRITS is an all-in-one distillery management software solution with core features that include automated accounting, inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), production management, planning and scheduling, sales and order fulfillment, purchasing and receiving and business reporting. Optional extension modules are also available to provide mobile sales & CRM capabilities to sales teams and web-based ordering capabilities to customers.

Orchestrated™SPIRITS is also the first dedicated distillery software solution built on an ERP platform rather than relying on third-party bookkeeping software. Orchestrated™SPIRITS is built on SAP Business One, which is SAP®’s ERP solution for small and medium-sized enterprises. Utilizing the SAP Business One platform, Orchestrated™SPIRITS provides a centralized software solution built on a foundation better suited to handle the requirements of the craft spirits industry.

Orchestrated™SPIRITS will be available in two product offerings. Orchestrated™SPIRITS OnDemand is available in a SaaS offering hosted in a multi-tenant cloud environment, while Orchestrated™SPIRITS Enterprise is a perpetual license-based offering deployed on premise or in a private cloud environment.

Orchestrated™SPIRITS was developed utilizing the same processes and best business practices established by more than 150 craft breweries and other beverage manufacturers of kombucha tea, sake and distilled spirits. A majority of the specifications for Orchestrated™SPIRITS were driven by craft breweries utilizing Orchestra Software’s flagship product called Orchestrated™BEER.

Orchestrated™SPIRITS team members will be onsite to conduct live interactive software demonstrations in booth 629 at the 2015 ADI Spirits Conference & Vendor Expo, March 31 through April 1, 2015 in Louisville, Ky.
