CEO Doug Rauch announced that Neil Grimmer, founder of Plum Organics, and Haley Rushing, co-founder of the Purpose Institute will be leading two insightful practicums at Conscious Capitalism 2015, April 7 - 9, 2015 at the JW Marriott in Chicago.
Derived from Neil Grimmer’s experience of Plum Organics’ acquisition by Campbell Soup Company, Staying True to Your Mission in Times of Change will provide real-life expertise in how to lead a mission-driven company through an acquisition, while reassuring stakeholders and ensuring the continuation of the company’s purpose and mission. Haley Rushing’s interactive workshop The Power of Purpose will lead participants through the process of articulating and bringing to life the purpose of their own organizations.
Grimmer and Rushing join an exciting roster of practicum leaders including Tony Schwartz, CEO of The Energy Project, Mike Maddock, CEO of Maddock Douglas, Inc., Lisa Earle McLeod, President of of McLeod & More, Inc. and Simon Mainwaring, Founder of We First, Inc.
