With the next generation of consumers, comes a new set of demands for automation and a digital product experience that we have never before seen.

The rollout of the Global Lead and Demo Ride system is a first of kind system that speeds the process of authenticating riders, digitally capturing signed waiver forms, assigning them to a motorcycle group and then checking them out on the ride of their choice.

While on the ride, the system calculates ride duration and uses large monitor displays to keep subsequent riders informed of when to expect the desired equipment to be available. Once checked back in, a rider can participate in a quick post ride survey that is electronically captured and a photo of the rider is taken on their ride of choice and then instantly emailed to them with a URL link to share with friends and social networks. Since a “Harley Card” is issued at registration time, it can be used for any and all subsequent product interactions such as the popular JumpStart experience.

The Global Lead and Demo Application have been used to power events around the globe including San Paulo Brazil, Guadalajara, Mexico, Dallas Texas, Cleveland Ohio and Daytona Beach, Florida.
