Life Insurance and Reinsurance Service Provider, LOGiQ³ Corp., Names New CEO
Toronto, ON (PRWEB) April 01, 2015 -- LOGiQ³ Corp., expert provider of life insurance and reinsurance consulting and outsourcing services, announced today that Raymond E. DiDonna, current SVP and COO of joint venture subsidiary, mL³ global life, will lead LOGiQ³ Corp. as CEO effective April 1, 2015. As LOGiQ³ Corp.’s new CEO, DiDonna will set a forward-looking strategic direction to ensure consistent revenue and income growth, which will be achieved by focusing on delighting customers, improving operational efficiencies, and developing high-performing teams and professionals.
With the recent acquisition of Tindall Associates Inc. (TAI) with msg global solutions, LOGiQ³ Inc. (parent company), has expanded its group of companies and now operates within four independent businesses: LOGiQ³ Corp., TAI, APEXA, and mL³ global life. Chris Murumets, Co-Founder and current CEO of LOGiQ³ Corp., has been appointed to CEO of APEXA while Simon Bell, Co-Founder, will continue his role as COO of LOGiQ³ Corp.

DiDonna, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, has been in the insurance and reinsurance businesses for over 30 years, spending the past two as SVP and COO of mL³ global life, a LOGiQ³ subsidiary. Prior to that, Ray spent five years at the Hartford Insurance Group where he served as vice president and business leader for their group life and disability reinsurance line known as Group Reinsurance Plus, a business with a national customer base, over $100 million of annual revenue, and 125 reinsurance professionals. Before The Hartford, Ray spent eight years at General Electric in roles that included president of Union Fidelity Life, Global Six Sigma Quality Leader for Life and Health Reinsurance, and vice president of Individual Life Reinsurance.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Ray holds a Bachelor's Degree and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and is a GE-certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
