End-of-day sanitation is also very easy. A Space-Saving Design

The compact design of the Optimax Batter Breading Machine means that only 18 inches of counter space is required, making it highly suitable for small as well as large kitchens. The machine fits easily into corner spaces as well.

The frame has also been reconfigured for improved fit for bus tubs to collect breaded foods exiting the machine. A new leg design and configuration allows the breading machine to fit on the DuraSift™ Breading Table – another innovative enhancement that offers significantly better oscillating performance over competing models. The DuraSift table blends and sifts flour quickly and more effectively, breaking down dough balls and capturing more reusable breading.
