EarlyShares Launches $10 Million Residential Real Estate Fund Investment Opportunity from Carpathian Capital Management

The fund is managed by Carpathian Capital Management (CCM), an alternative asset manager in Minneapolis with specific focus on residential real estate. The strategy for Carpathian Capital Fund II is to acquire performing and distressed properties with values ranging from $50,000 (single-family) to $8 million (multi-family). Property selection criteria include minimum cash-on-cash returns of 10%. Carpathian Capital Fund II is a new fund, but CCM has a track record of returns with a similar strategy. CCM achieved 2014 portfolio returns of 35% ROE and 39% ROE for two recent projects.
Accredited investors who are registered users of EarlyShares can invest in Carpathian Capital Fund II with a minimum investment of $25,000.
