EarlyShares Launches $5 Million Mortgage Pool Fund Investment Opportunity Sponsored by Inspire Capital
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) April 21, 2015 -- EarlyShares, the trusted platform that gives accredited investors direct access to commercial real estate opportunities, has launched a new investment opportunity in a private mortgage pool fund. Inspire Investment Fund I, LLC features an 8% preferred return and projected overall investor returns of 10-13%.
Inspire Investment Fund I originates and/or acquires short-term real estate loans on single-family residential, commercial and multi-family properties nationwide that are slated for renovation. The capital is secured primarily by first-position mortgages at conservative LTVs and underwritten only to non-owner occupied, experienced borrowers.
The fund is managed by Inspire Capital, a national real estate investment firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York. The firm launched Inspire Investment Fund I in late 2013 and delivered greater than 12% annual returns to investors in 2014. Inspire Capital’s principals have successfully originated and serviced over 500 real estate private loans since 2008, totaling over $100 million in loan volume.
Accredited investors who are registered users of EarlyShares can invest in Inspire Investment Fund I with a minimum investment of $25,000.
“Our firm’s mission is to turn the capital invested in this fund into what we call ‘Inspired Capital,’” said Jordan Fisher, Managing Partner of Inspire Capital and co-manager of the fund. “It’s capital that is working with the partners’ attentive, active interest in our clients’ businesses to help them be successful.”
“We’re committed to helping accredited investors earn secure, reliable, double-digit returns through real estate, and this fund is a true example of that,” continued Fisher. “We look forward to welcoming new investors in the Inspire Capital family though this offering on the EarlyShares platform.”
“Inspire Capital has crafted a compelling opportunity that we expect will meet the investment criteria of our EarlyShares investors in the U.S. and abroad,” said Joanna Schwartz, CEO and Co-Founder of EarlyShares.
