CatalystFive adds Custom Career Sites to its HR software solution. Small and Mid-Sized business can now create a employment brand that matches their corporate identity while storing job descriptions, resumes and candidate ratings in the cloud.

“Ninety-two percent of Small and Midsized businesses have no employment brand represented on their company sites,” stated Mike O’Brien.

CatalystFive continues to lead the HR Tech world with the introduction of Custom Career Sites for Small to Midsized businesses. The solution enables organizations to add a dynamic career portal that matches the look and feel of their organization’s company website. Being that many potential applicants view jobs on their phone, the career sites are mobile optimized allowing for viewing on iPads, iPhones and other mobile devices.

“Ninety-two percent of Small and Midsized businesses have no employment brand represented on their company sites,” stated Mike O’Brien, CEO of CatalystFive, “they spend tens of thousands of dollars to create amazing websites to reach customers, then fail to add career pages that will enhance their employment brand.” O’Brien believes this represents a large opportunity to improve candidate engagement and lower the overall cost of hiring for small businesses.

“We love our new career site,” said Dr.Jennifer Janiga, of Janiga MDs, “it has improved our hiring process and reduced the number of people calling in asking where to send their resume.”

The Custom Career Sites can be live in less than five minutes and match the exact colors and layout of an organization’s website. The career sites are free for businesses with less than 50 employees and include the ability to store resumes, job descriptions and candidate ratings in the cloud. The employment software suite also posts jobs to several hundred job boards, schedules interviews and has a large resume database that can be utilized for a monthly fee.

CatalystFive was created in 2006 and was the first company to promote recruiters on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Earlier this year, the company was the first HR software solution to integrate texting and scheduling into a platform to automate interview schedules.
