New York Jeweler Celebrates 25th Anniversary by Supporting the City’s Most Beloved Industries

Recently celebrating its 25th anniversary, Gabriel & Co. is honoring its beloved hometown in a year-long anniversary celebration, including support of the city’s most iconic industries through partnerships with New York celebrities and fashion brands. Famed actors and dancers ranging from Dame Helen Mirren, Laura Benanti, “Wicked’s” Jackie Burns and the Paul Taylor Dance Company, have all worn Gabriel & Co. jewels to some of Broadway’s most prestigious events and galas. Recently, Gabriel & Co. proudly made its New York Fashion Week debut at Lincoln Center in partnership with esteemed fashion designer, Carmen Marc Valvo. Highlights include:

Dame Helen Mirren
The multiple award-winning actress paired her Carmen Marc Valvo gown with Gabriel & Co.’s one-of-a-kind 18K gold and diamond choker and diamond drop earrings, when she was honored at the Roundabout Theater Company's Spring 2015 Gala in NYC.

Laura Benanti, Kelli O’Hara, Katie Finneran and Laura Osnes
The renowned actresses all wore Gabriel & Co. diamond and sapphire jewelry to the Roundabout Theater Company's Spring 2015 Gala, where they each honored Helen Mirren with a live performance.

The Paul Taylor Dance Company
The entire female cast wore Gabriel & Co. jewels to the Paul Taylor Dance Company Gala on March 12th at the David Koch Theater in Lincoln Center. Gabriel wearers included dancers Michelle Fleet, Parisa Khobdeh, Eran Bugge, Laura Halzack, Jamie Rae Walker, Aileen Roehl, Heather McGinley and Christina Lynch Markham.

Jackie Burns
The talented actress/singer who portrayed Elphaba in “Wicked,” wore Gabriel & Co. diamond earrings and bracelets to the Broadway premiere of “If/Then.”

Maria Kowroski
One of New York’s most beloved ballerinas, Maria wore Gabriel & Co. jewelry to the opening of the New York City Ballet and the New York City Ballet’s Fall 2014 Gala.

Carmen Marc Valvo
Gabriel & Co. has partnered with iconic fashion designer, Carmen Marc Valvo, on a co-branded fine jewelry collection, aptly named, Carmen Marc Valvo by Gabriel & Co. The collection was created in honor the brands’ respective 25th anniversaries and debuted on Valvo’s Spring 2015 runway at Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week. Featuring cuffs, bracelets, earrings and cufflinks, the collection is handmade with sterling silver, colored gemstones and pearls. The two brands recently evolved their partnership and designed a new jewelry collection for Fall 2015.
