In order to be among the honorees of the 2015 Consumer Satisfaction Awards, dealers must meet the criteria for the DealerRater Dealer of the Year program-- a minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the 2014 calendar year, an average minimum star rating of 4.0 on DealerRater, at least one review per quarter on DealerRater for the 2014 calendar year, and must not have been blacklisted on DealerRater within the 2014 calendar year.
The top 10 percent of U.S. new car dealers based on their DealerRater PowerScore, along with all U.S. used car dealers and Canadian new and used car dealers who qualify for the Dealer of the Year Awards program, were honored by the 2015 Consumer Satisfaction Awards.
