Navali selected as one of top six finalists for LaunchVT business competition
Burlington, VT (PRWEB) April 06, 2015 -- Navali, a Vermont based online retailer of men’s nautically inspired vintage canvas and leather bags, has been selected as one of the top six finalists for the LaunchVT 2015, Vermont's leading statewide business pitch competition.

Co-founders and women entrepreneurs Jennifer Lockwood and Jessica Miro grew up as best friends in Waterbury, VT, and together they started Navali back in 2011. Since then the company has developed into an international brand, with locations in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Europe, as well as its original location in Vermont. With a focus on world-class quality, accessible prices, and lifelong customers, Navali continues to expand and grow at an unprecedented rate.

Out of 70 local small business applicants, Navali was chosen along with Alice & the Magician, Launchpad, Medsinc, PunchPass, and Renoun to compete for the first prize of $30,000 and second prize of $15,000. All companies will give their final business pitches on May 7th at Main Street Landing Performing Arts Center in downtown Burlington, VT, where the winners will be announced shortly thereafter.
LaunchVT is a Vermont statewide business pitch competition awarding cash prizes and in-kind resources to entrepreneurs who deliver plans for a new business enterprise that demonstrate exceptional potential in today’s market. It is powered by the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.
