Interloc Solutions, an IBM Maximo Gold, Premier IBM Business Partner, announces the establishment of the Interloc India Maximo Global Support Office, supporting clients who have 24 x 7 operational needs, many with multiple Maximo sites across several time zones and continents. The Interloc India Global Support Office coupled with Interloc’s existing Seattle Support Desk and Mobile Center of Excellence enables Interloc's Maximo and Mobile Informer clients’ access to an Interloc Maximo expert live whenever they need one.

The establishment of the Interloc India Maximo Global Support Office enables Interloc Follow the Sun support for all of Interloc’s existing support offerings, which currently include:

  •     IBM Level I & Level II Support allowing Interloc to support clients under the terms of IBM’s Annual Customer Support Plan (ACSP)
  •     Interloc Premium Support enabling Interloc clients to define the terms of their support package.
  •     Interloc Mobile Informer and Interloc Mailer Support providing access to the Product Development team.
  •     Interloc Post Implementation Support enabling clients to put post implementation mechanisms in place to help ensure ROI and overall longevity of Maximo software.
