ADNET Announces Divestiture of its Learning Services Training Division to NH Learning Solutions Corporation
Farmington, CT (PRWEB) April 02, 2015 -- ADNET Technologies, LLC announced today that it has entered into an agreement to divest its Learning Services training division to NH Learning Solutions Corporation (“New Horizons”.) Terms of the deal, effective March 31, 2015, were not disclosed. ADNET’s Learning Services division is the only business unit included in the sale.
