JobMedic.com is a focused hub for medical jobs that uses online intelligence to better match the candidate with the open position.

A recruitment platform Jobmedic.com recently launched with a mission to improve healthcare recruiting, not just for job seekers, but also for employers seeking applicants from the growing medical field. The new comprehensive talent acquisition web platform seeks to promote healthcare jobs and to pair qualified candidates with the most suitable position. JobMedic.com will serve as a new access point in the Healthcare Industry, providing relevant news summaries and information, career opportunities, company profiles, related career discussions, continued education and more.
“The need for a platform of this nature came to our attention when we found out there are currently thousands of unfilled jobs within the Texas Medical Center. We decided to create an evolved job board to better connect job seekers and employers within the Healthcare industry for a more useful experience,” says Matt Bertram, Head of Business Development.
38% of all jobs in the medical field remain unfilled at the end of every year. Different from other job-search engines, JobMedic.com is a focused hub for medical jobs that uses online intelligence to better match the candidate to the open position, saving time and energy while candidates search for the perfect role.
Kyle Johnson, CMO & CTO at JobMedic.com, states, “Other job site platforms fail to cater to the needs of the healthcare industry and/or are extremely broad for recruiters to efficiently maneuver within a timely manner. We want to be the one-stop-shop for job seekers and employers under the healthcare umbrella to locate and place top candidates within the industry.”
For every approved resume that is uploaded, JobMedic.com will donate $1 for every resume uploaded to Doctors without Borders in support of the organizations medical efforts being conducted throughout 70 countries around the world. JobMedic.com will be running a campaign to raise $10,000 by July 2015.
