KatzAbosch Hosts Construction & Real Estate Bootcamp in Partnership with Maryland Construction Network (MCN)
(PRWEB) April 07, 2015 -- KatzAbosch is pleased to announce its first annual Construction & Real Estate Bootcamp in partnership with Maryland Construction Network (MCN). The event will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the Sheraton Hotel Baltimore North to begin at 9:30 AM. This Bootcamp is designed to bring together industry experts from the construction and real estate sectors to include general contractors, subcontractors, building owners, developers, architects, engineers, suppliers, financial and legal professionals, and consultants. Event admission is free and will qualify for up to 5 hours of Continued Professional Education (CPE) credits. Morning sessions will cover the state of the industry and cash flow direction. Lunch will be provided as the afternoon sessions begin, where advanced succession planning, ownership transfer techniques, communication skills, collaborative negotiations and mediation will be discussed. The speakers are all experts in both their practice and the construction and real estate world. They hail from accounting, legal and advisory backgrounds.
