Partnership to offer Snagajob customers an integrated process that will maximize tax credit refunds and improve overall compliance

This new partnership expands Snagajob’s current tax credit offerings to help customers maximize the tax benefits derived from state and federal hiring and location tax incentives.

Snagajob, America’s number one spot for hourly workers and employers, and Paradigm Partners, an international consulting firm specializing in complex federal and state tax and funding incentives, today announced a new partnership that will integrate Snagajob’s Talent Management System (TMS) and Paradigm’s HIREtech Application. This new partnership expands Snagajob’s current tax credit offerings to help customers maximize the tax benefits derived from state and federal hiring and location tax incentives.

Through the new software integration with Paradigm, Snagajob customers will be able to easily screen and identify candidates who qualify for tax credits, ultimately resulting in better results to their bottom line. The new alliance will also mitigate risk and improve overall compliance for employers through integrated paperless processes.

Customers who opt in will now be able to take full advantage of Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), Indian Tax Credits and Federal Empowerment Zone/Renewal Community (EZ/RC) Tax Credits.
