The University of California at Riverside Partners with Pearson to Launch Online Engineering Degree Programs
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 06, 2015 -- April 6, 2015 – Pearson announced today a new partnership with the University of California at Riverside’s Bourns College of Engineering. The partnership will grow current online engineering degree programs, with specializations in Bioengineering, Electrical Engineering (Power Systems), Environmental Engineering Systems (Water), Materials at the Nanoscale, and Mechanical Engineering.
Through the partnership, Pearson will provide comprehensive services, including marketing, enrollment management, student support and retention services, and helpdesk services. The collaboration allows the University of California at Riverside (UCR) to extend its award-winning program to working adults and other non-traditional students that may not have been able to attend an on-ground program in the past. The new programs help the university get one step closer to achieving their mission of producing engineers with the educational foundation and adaptive skills needed to rapidly serve the evolving technology industry.
