“I love Bravo for so many reasons. The main reason is the ease of navigation. It is simple to use and gets you to where you need to be whether it’s writing a loan or making a sale. Another huge plus, Buya and eBay,” says Kevin Ballenger.

Bravo Store Systems released statistics today (http://bit.ly/1CssbHm) that illustrate the opportunity to realize higher gross margins on sales when users utilize the three eCommerce integrations. These integrations, eBay, Buya, and Shop Dot, empower Bravo users to post their inventory online with just a few clicks.

The numbers speak for themselves – last year, Bravo stores that were using eCommerce had a 9% higher gross margin on average compared to Bravo stores who were selling on eCommerce manually. In eBay listings alone, Bravo eCommerce users had a 54.8% gross margin compared to the 48.1% to those not utilizing it – a 6.7% difference in gross margin.

The Bravo platform not only generates increased eCommerce profit but also saves users time and effort through its ease of use and automated features. Bravo automatically syncs stores’ inventory items across all channels, manages pending web fulfillments, negotiates in real time and shares listings via social media, greatly decreasing the workload and stress for pawnbrokers.

“I love Bravo for so many reasons. The main reason is the ease of navigation. It is simple to use and gets you to where you need to be whether it’s writing a loan or making a sale. Another huge plus, Buya and eBay,” Kevin Ballenger of Gateway Jewelry and Pawn.

Customer service is also integral to the eCommerce integration. Comments and feedback are recommended for both buyers and pawnbrokers. The emphasis on customer satisfaction seems to be working as pawnshops with no eCommerce experience are selling items across the country.

One buyer, who has purchased more than 30 items on Buya, exclaims, “As an educated consumer I love purchasing goods on Buya.com because it allows me to set my own price with the merchant. Plus, knowing that I am buying from established brick-and-mortar businesses with knowledgeable representatives that I can call on the phone with any questions helps ease any qualms I may have about purchasing over the internet. This is why I love buying on Buya.com!"
