MPSF Speaker Series broke news of its 2015-2016 speakers to more than 8500 subscribing members at the concluding event of this year’s series.

“For 26 years, MPSF has delivered compelling speaker series events in each of our locations – the Marin Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium in Marin County, the Paramount Theater in Oakland, and the San Mateo Performing Arts Center on the Peninsula, designed for the exchange of ideas, opinion and perspective. Highly sought after speakers, this season’s line up will address a wide variety of subjects covering international security, earthquake science and neuroscience, world affairs and politics, business and economics, global education, and personal motivation.

Diana Nyad – One of the world’s greatest long-distance swimmers, Nyad motivates audiences to follow their dreams.

Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor – One of TIME’s “100 Most Influential People”, wrote My Stroke of Insight: A Brain Scientist's Personal Journey.

The Hon. Henry M. Paulson, Jr., in conversation with Geoffrey Colvin – Paulson has influenced our nation’s economy as Treasury Secretary and Chairman/CEO of Goldman Sachs during its exponential growth.

Julia Gillard – Known for nation-changing policies as 1st female PM of Australia, Gillard leads advances in international education.

Louise Richardson – First female Principal of Univ. of St. Andrews, foremost expert and lecturer on international security.
