Afinia Label to Show Coffee Label Printers at the Specialty Coffee Association of America Event
Chanhassen, MINN (PRWEB) April 07, 2015 -- Narrow web label printing system leader Afinia Label announced today that they will be showing their latest printers, the Afinia Label L801 and Epson C3500 at the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) Event in Seattle, WA, from April 10-12 in booth 18046.
“Our equipment works really well for coffee roasters and retailers,” said Mike Atkins, Afinia Label’s National Sales Manager. “We will be showing our L801 Digital Color label printer and the Epson® ColorWorks™ C3500 InkJet Label Printer, which both produce high-quality, vivid coffee and tea labels to help brands stand out, and save companies money by bringing low-cost label printing in-house.”
Afinia’s full-line of label printers, finishers is made up of:
The Afinia Label L801 Color Label Printer is powered by Memjet technology, which prints 240, 4”x6”labels/minute, with an industry-leading ink cost of as little as 3 cents for a 4” x 6” label with 75% coverage. This is a fraction of the cost of other inkjet label printers. The L801 supports 3 print modes: Roll to Roll, Roll to Cut, Print & Hold, and also works with an optional rewinder and slitter.
The Afinia Label R635 Color Label Printer is a single-pass, 4-color, LED-based, low-temperature laser printer that runs at 30 feet per minute. Designed for mid-range and industrial printing, the R635 offers cost-savings by bringing label printing in-house. In addition to printing prime labels for industries like coffee, tea, and specialty foods, the R635 is used by many companies for private labeling of chemicals because of its ability to create output that meets GHS and BS5609 requirements.
Epson ColorWorks C7500 can print multiple full-color labels with variable data up to 11.8”/second, at a cost up to 50% lower than laser or thermal transfer printers.
Epson’s ColorWorks C3500 inkjet printer allows businesses to dramatically reduce label costs, increase operational efficiencies and quickly produce high-quality, durable labels in four colors (CMYK). It is ideal for high-mix, low-volume applications and features print speeds up to up to 4 inches/second.
Epson‘s ColorWorks C831 industrial-strength label printer with tractor feed, is designed to handle large-volume label printing with fast print speeds, affordable high-capacity ink cartridges and exceptional reliability. The C831 meets GHS and BS5609 requirements.
The Afinia Label DLP-2000 Digital Label Press includes, and works in-line with, the Afinia L801 Color Label Printer to print, laminate, die-cut, remove matrix, and roll labels in one process. The DLP-2000’s rotary die-cutting system creates finished label rolls with uncompromised backing. These labels are very reliable when used with in-line label applicators and avoid line stoppages caused by punctured backing.
The Afinia Label DLF-1000 Digital Label Finisher laminates and cuts labels without using dies and works directly from your design software with its convenient plug-ins for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw. The DLF-1000 is the perfect solution for laminating and cutting labels in any size or shape, digitally and without dies and is designed to digitally finish printed rolls from Afinia Label’s L801 and R635 Color Label Printers.
