Having only used proprietary systems in the past with very limited HR functionality, Becky was hesitant on exactly what to look for. It had to appear easy to use and give her the confidence she needed to accurately track compliance. Kim Higbie, Payroll Manager had more specific ideas. “I had used the same payroll system for nearly 12 years and knew I wanted a payroll system that would allow me to be more efficient and exacting with regards to paying our people. I wanted something that would be tightly integrated with time management. Since PaySuite operates on a single database, the EBSTime component works seamlessly with EBSPayroll. It met and exceeded my standards.” Kim used to spend much of her time manually calculating Department of Labor data and managing incentive pay. “I am now able to automate many of my old process and save at least half a day’s work processing payroll with EBSPaySuite.”
