LDM Global is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Nunham to director of business development. Nunham will lead the U.S. sales team from LDM’s Colorado headquarters and ensure strong leadership coupled with a customer-driven focus on offering clients consultative eDiscovery expertise.

“During the past three years, Sarah has epitomized our company culture and is another example of an LDM family member being valued and trusted to grow,” said Jeff Gosling, global vice president of sales and marketing. “Sarah has worked directly with customers in both the U.S. and U.K. to ensure all deliverables were met and received an extremely high level of customer satisfaction.”

Nunham worked closely with the business development team while in her previous role of marketing and customer service manager. She is Viewpoint Sales Pro Certified and also ranks among the select maiden group of eDiscovery professionals to pass the rigorous Certified eDiscovery Specialists (CEDS) certification examination. The CEDS credential is earned by passing a four-hour examination that provides a tough and objective measure of an individual’s mastery of eDiscovery.

“Stepping into the business development role was a natural fit for me,” Nunham said. “Coming from a customer service role, I was able to see and hear first-hand the strategic advantage that LDM Global provides our clients on a daily basis. I’m excited for the opportunity to introduce these same advantages to new law firms and corporations, to better help them increase efficiencies and gain a competitive advantage through eDiscovery.”

As an international provider of eDiscovery services, LDM Global works with many global law firms and corporations, which require only the very best in experience and trained professionals. Promoting a director of business development who also has the CEDS credential is an assurance to clients that LDM is serious about efficiency, cost-effectiveness and risk reduction in all phases of eDiscovery.
