He has built several tech companies from early stage to high value exit (M&A or IPO), George is Founding Partner of Alteon Capital, a Technology Venture Development firm based in Cambridge, MA. He was Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella and head of West Coast technology investing, and was a Partner at Techfarm Venture Capital in Silicon Valley. He led and syndicated over 2 dozen private equity financing rounds for VC portfolio companies and completed over $1 billion in M&A transactions. He ran Technology Commercialization at IBM Headquarters and launched several tech businesses spun from IBM Watson Research Center. George will work with ALine’s management team to develop and execute its accelerated growth strategy.
