ATLANTA (PRWEB) April 07, 2015
Ernest Greer, vice president of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and co-managing shareholder of the Atlanta office, has been named in Atlanta Tribune: The Magazine’s annual Men of the Year issue for 2015. Greer appears on the issue’s cover, released April 1, with his fellow honorees.
“Of the scores of nominations we receive each year for the Men of the Year designation, we look at the men who are proven leaders in their respective industries and who have made the most significant contributions -- politically, socially, civically, or in any other areas that impact the lives of people in our communities,” explains Katrice L. Mines, editor, of the selection process.
Ted Blum, co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Atlanta office, said, “On behalf of the entire Atlanta office, I congratulate Ernest on this most deserved recognition. He exemplifies what it means to be a true leader, both in his professional role and through his commitment to the community. He serves as an inspiring example to all those around him, especially Greenberg Traurig’s next generation of attorneys.”
Greer currently serves on the board of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, board of trustees for the Woodruff Arts Center, the board of directors for the Center for Civil & Human Right and is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta.
